Where I can help

Focused on school conflicts, neighbour disputes and relationship conflicts. One principle: everyone involved is heard, and the solution comes from you.

  1. School mediation Conflicts between students, teachers and parents, plus workshops on conflict resolution and bullying prevention.
  2. Neighbour mediation Noise, boundaries, trees and hedges, shared spaces. A solution that lets both sides keep living side by side.
  3. Relationship mediation Support for couples with relationship conflicts, separation and shared decisions.

How mediation works

  1. Free first call

    In 15 minutes you tell me what is going on. Together we check whether mediation fits your situation.

  2. Joint sessions

    Everyone involved gets to speak, online or in Vienna. I keep the setting calm and fair.

  3. Your agreement

    You develop a solution yourselves that everyone can support. I do not decide for you.

About me

Seeing conflict as a chance

I am Rita Pichlhöfer, a registered mediator under the Austrian Civil Mediation Act. My journey into conflict resolution began in 2016 in the USA, in an intensive mentorship programme.

I want to enable people to see conflict as an opportunity, and to understand, forgive and grow through mindful communication.
